Behlman's New RUPS-1250 UPS Delivers Ultra-reliable Uninterrupted Power from any Worldwide AC, as Well as From Aircraft and Shipboard Power

Hauppauge, New York (PRWEB) April 14, 2008 -- Behlman Electronics Inc. (www.behlman.com), known for its leadership in providing power products for industrial, commercial and military applications, has introduced the Behlman RUPS-1250; a true on-line Uninterruptible Power Source (UPS) that supplies a clean, regulated 115 VAC from any worldwide mains, as well as from aircraft and shipboard power. The latest addition to Behlman's power products, the rugged, compact, rack mountable RUPS-1250 delivers the superior reliability and performance required for remote and difficult-to-access power systems.
The Behlman RUPS-1250 is a 1250 VA UPS with a number of exceptional standard features, including PFC input, hot-swappable batteries (from the front panel), alarms with contact closure, RS-232 interface for monitoring and control and cold start (start on DC) capability. Its input is power factor corrected with Galvanic Isolation; output is a sine wave with frequency conversion capability, and can supply a fixed frequency of either 50 Hz, 60 Hz or 400 Hz, +/- 0.1 percent regardless of load, input voltage or temperature. The RUPS-1250 can be rack-mounted in a standard 19" equipment rack.
